Going Online and Receiving Orders

How do I go online and start receiving orders?

Log in to PilotDelivery and open the dashboard. Tap Go Online to begin your work session. Doing this will enable you to start receiving order requests from nearby customers. When you’re ready to stop working for the day or take a break, tap Go Offline on the same screen to stop receiving orders.

How do I accept an incoming order request?

If a new order becomes available near you, you'll receive a request notification which will give you details about the order, including:

  • Pickup address
  • Drop-off location
  • Estimated delivery time
  • Delivery fee
  • Distance
  • Parcel size

The new order requests are available for a limited time, so when you receive one, you will need to tap Accept quickly to agree to deliver the order or Decline if you're unable to complete it. If you’re unable to respond to the request in time, the order will be passed to another courier.

What order information can I see before accepting?

Before you accept an order, you can see the:

  • Pickup address
  • Drop-off location
  • Estimated delivery time
  • Delivery fee
  • Distance
  • Parcel size

What happens if I decline an order or do not respond in time?

You can decline or cancel up to three orders within a 24-hour period. This includes both orders you decline before accepting and orders you cancel after accepting. After your third decline or cancellation, you will be automatically logged out of your active work session and unable to start a new session for six hours.
