When you place an order, the person receiving the delivery gets a one-time password (OTP) via SMS on the phone number you provided. When the courier arrives at the drop-off address, they'll ask the recipient for this code and enter it into the app to confirm the delivery. This acts as proof that the parcel was handed to the correct person. You can also choose whether to disable OTP when entering the delivery address details for an order.
What is the OTP that the recipient receives, and what is it used for?
