Can I send alcohol, tobacco, energy drinks, and other products that require age verification?
You can order delivery of items that require age verification, such as:
- Alcohol
- Tobacco
- Energy drinks
When the courier arrives, the recipient will need to show a valid ID proving they are old enough to legally purchase these items. If a valid ID cannot be provided, the courier has the right to refuse the delivery of the order.
What happens if I try to send something that is prohibited?
If you are found to be violating the law (for example, by attempting to send illegal substances, firearms, or ammunition), the courier will contact law enforcement immediately. If you believe your account has been involved in suspicious or illegal activities, contact PilotDelivery support as soon as possible, follow the instructions provided, and wait for guidance on next steps.
What items am I not allowed to send via PilotDelivery?
You must not use PilotDelivery to send any items that are illegal under Estonian law, including:
- Narcotics
- Psychotropic substances
- Firearms
- Ammunition
Attempting to send prohibited items is a serious violation and may result in the courier contacting law enforcement. If you're unsure whether an item is permitted, contact PilotDelivery support before placing your order.
