How to Use PilotDelivery

Open the PilotDelivery app and start a new order. You'll need to provide the following:

• Pickup address
• Delivery address
• Parcel size and description
• Parcel photo
• Recipient's first and last name
• Recipient's phone number
• Additional delivery instructions or notes
• Payment method

Once you've entered the addresses, the app will display the delivery cost for each available parcel size. Review your order summary and tap Confirm delivery to place it. Your order will then be matched with the nearest available courier.

PilotDelivery offers four delivery options, depending on the vehicle that carries your parcel:

• Car
• Small van
• Medium van
• Large van

When entering your delivery details, you'll see the dimensions and delivery fee for each option before confirming your order. Select the option that best matches your parcel.

Yes. When placing an order through the app, you'll be asked to upload a photo of your parcel. This helps document the parcel's condition before it's collected.

PilotDelivery is a local delivery service and currently operates within specific service areas. Availability will depend on your pickup location and whether couriers are operating in that area. If no couriers are available to fulfill your request, you'll be notified when placing the order.
