About PilotDelivery
How do deliveries work with PilotDelivery?
When you place an order, you are matched with the nearest available courier. Once a courier accepts your order, you enter into a delivery agreement with them, and they will be responsible for completing your order.
Who is responsible for delivery?
Once a courier accepts an order, they become fully responsible for completing a delivery. PilotDelivery does not enter into any delivery agreements and has no responsibility for how deliveries are carried out. If you have had issues with a delivery or courier, please contact us via the app for assistance.
