Registration and Account

To get started, download the PilotDelivery courier app and open it. To begin registering as a courier, enter your mobile phone number, then verify it by entering the one-time password we’ll send you via SMS. From here, you will be guided through onboarding, a multi-step registration process that requires you to provide:

• Your personal and vehicle details
• Required documents like identification and a driver's license
• Bank account information for payouts

Once submitted, your application will be reviewed by our team, and you can start accepting orders as soon as it's approved.

During registration, you'll be asked to upload the following documents:

• Passport or ID card
• Driver's license (both sides)
• Insurance documents

Make sure all documents are valid, clearly legible, and up to date before submitting. Incomplete or unclear submissions may delay the review of your application.

Our team needs to review all applications during the registration process, and the time it takes to approve an account can vary. But once your account is approved, you’ll get a notification from the app (so no need to keep the app open until then).

Go to your Profile Settings in the app. From there, you can update your personal information and your vehicle details, such as your:

• Name
• Address
• Contact details
• Vehicle details

You can also update your documents if they have changed or expired.
