How do deliveries work with PilotDelivery?
When a customer places an order, the nearest available couriers receive a delivery request. If you accept the order, you will enter into a delivery agreement with the customer, and you will be responsible for completing the delivery.
Are couriers employed by PilotDelivery?
No, PilotDelivery does not employ couriers directly. Instead, couriers using the app are classified as independent contractors or self-employed service providers, and enter into delivery agreements with customers each time they accept an order. Couriers operate their own vehicles, set their own hours, and choose when to go online or offline.
Does PilotDelivery charge a commission?
Yes. PilotDelivery charges a commission on your earnings for each completed order. It is deducted automatically from your Courier Balance.
